Meet the Owners

We’re Brock and Miranda Maverick. As brother and sister, we launched Real Deal Steel & Supply in 2026 and have been putting our hearts into this family business ever since.

Long before we owned a business, we were learning the value of hard work. We grew up alongside our family building fence, working in agriculture, and learning that the quality of your materials is just as important as the quality of your workmanship.

When Brock says he has 18 years of fencing experience, he’s not exaggerating. We were introduced to this industry at a young age, and those early lessons continue to shape the way we do business today.

Hard work wasn’t optional in our family—it was simply the way things were done. We were taught to take pride in our work, respect our customers, and leave every job better than we found it.

Growing up, we heard two sayings over and over:

“Do it right the first time, so you don’t have to do it twice.”

“An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
